Treatment options & Fees

Different people need different levels of support. Some benefit from an individual (one-off) session, others from steady, ongoing care. Below are the ways we can work together, so you can choose what feels appropriate for you. Get in touch to discuss what might work best.

Treatment Programmes

Structured, ongoing support over a set number of weeks. Designed for people dealing with long-standing or recurring issues, incorporating specific treatments.

Treatment programmes allows us to:

work at the root of patterns

adjust recommendations as your body responds

support lasting change rather than short-term relief

Programmes include regular sessions, personalised guidance, and ongoing support between appointments.

This may be right for you if:

symptoms have been present for some time

you want a clear therapeutic pathway

Block Bookings

A set number of sessions at a reduced rate.  This option suits those who want regular support but prefer flexibility in pacing, rather than structured programme.

Block sessions allow space to:

refine diet, herbs, lifestyle, or movement practices

respond to changes gradually

build understanding over time

This may be right for you if:

you’ve already had an in depth consultation

your concerns are moderate or stabilising

you prefer a flexible approach

Individual Sessions

Single sessions are ideal for a specific concern, or when you need guidance at a particular moment.

They are often used to:

explore whether this approach feels right for you

gain clarity on a current issue

receive personalised recommendations

update or review your treatment according to seasons

adjust treatment according to your recovery

For ongoing or chronic concerns, follow-up sessions or a block of sessions are usually recommended.

Fees reflect the time, preparation, and individual attention involved in each session. This includes diet and recipe planning, sourcing herbs, bespoke herbal blends and formulating your individual treatment, where relevant.
