An in-depth Full Ayurvedic Consultation is vital to attain accurate diagnosis of your current condition (imbalance). Our first appointment is 60 minutes. During the consultation we discuss your ailments, your medical history and aspects of your personal life. This will include Family Medical History, details of Daily Habits/routine and Diet, information on medical treatment you are undergoing (or have undergone). With this information we are able to determine the causes of your condition, and we will suggest easy to implement techniques to immediately help get you back into a healthy state. We spend time understanding you as a person, as it important we treat you as an individual, with all your uniqueness.

During this appointment we share how the nature of following the holistic Ayurvedic treatment and influences your recovery, rejuvenation and overall health.

To get the best outcome, we need several days to analyse your situation and put together a treatment plan (protocol).  We use all of the information from the consultation, and relate this to the most recent clinical research in Ayurvedic medicine, alongside tried and tested Ayurvedic techniques. 

Understanding your condition, your genetic makeup and your individual characteristics will inform the various stages and techniques to be implemented. This will be shared during a follow up appointment.

​Next we have a follow up appointment, during which we will provide you with a fully individual Ayurvedic treatment plan.

The plan will include go into detail the various ways which are needed to treat your condition.  This will include:​

Daily routines

Gut Cleansing

Diet

Culinary herbs to use

Medicinal Herbs to use

Mind and body based therapies​

We spend considerable time going through in detail the aspects of your plan, so that you are sure you know how to use the techniques and practices suggested. 

We fine tune all parts, so that your treatment plan, takes into account what is possible in your day to day life. We make sure that the treatment plan works for you.  So by the time you leave the clinic you know what aspects of Ayurveda you will be adopting into your life

We have a phone call somewhere between 1 week and 2 weeks.  You will be able to feedback what aspects of ayurveda treatments are already working. With your feedback, together with the detailed analysis of the initial consultation this is the time when we let you know what therapies including any changes or adaptations maybe needed.  ​

​This appointment will provide you with specific information on how to begin taking Ayurvedic herbs as part of your treatment. This happens somewhere between 3 and 4 weeks after you received your treatment plan.  We provide you with a bespoke set of herbal medicines.  These medicines are blended specifically for your condition and you will begin taking them to enhance the recovery from your condition.  All of our herbal blends have been put together using evidence based Western clinical research.

1-2 weeks later we again speak on the phone to check that the treatment plan, including the herbs is working. You will tell us how the plan is improving your condition.  You will know how to use the techniques to manage your condition and by this time the factors causing the condition will have been addressed.

If we need to fine tune anything or changes need to be made to the herbal blends, then we will need to make another appointment.
