Skinnibuddha is a holistic health practice rooted in Ayurveda, specialising in chronic skin conditions, stress-related imbalances, and long-term wellbeing.
The work is grounded, thoughtful, and shaped by years of clinical experience — combining traditional wisdom with an understanding of modern life.
This is a space for people who want to understand their body more deeply, not just manage symptoms.
We use therapeutic treatments, drawing from Ayurveda, yoga therapy and embodied practices, using evidence based Clinical research to support ancient wisdom. We do this by providing an assessment of your whole self, then discerning and choosing the right treatment intervention at the right time. We focus on responding to your current condition, but also evolving and adapting the treatment as you recover, rather than fitting you into a predefined treatment. We specialise in dealing with ongoing health issues for those who want individual, thoughtful care rather than general advice.
