An easy to make snack

Cashew milk is cooling, but nourishing and grounding. Perfect for summer as a snack or light meal, or if you want to use your own milk with other recipes. Its so easy to make.
Take 1 handful of unsalted cashews
Let them soak for 2 hours in 400ml of filtered room temperature water
After soaking add the mix to a blender and add two pitted Medjool dates or Mazafati dates (for less heaviness). Blend until all mixed and smooth.
Enjoy straight away or add to your recipes.
