Yoga Teacher Mentoring & Professional Supervision

What happens after yoga teacher training?

For many teachers, the real learning begins once the training ends.

You may find yourself teaching classes, holding space for students, navigating difficult questions, managing group dynamics, and supporting people through physical, emotional and life challenges, often without having anyone to turn to for support yourself.

Most professions offer supervision, mentoring or management structures to support professional development. Yoga teaching and holistic health work can often feel far more isolated.

My Professional Supervision & Mentoring sessions provide a confidential, supportive and reflective space for yoga teachers, yoga therapists, Ayurveda practitioners and holistic health professionals to explore the challenges and opportunities that arise in practice.

Together we can explore:

  • Challenging student situations and class dynamics

  • Boundaries, ethics and professional responsibility

  • Teaching skills, sequencing and therapeutic approaches

  • Holding space for emotions, trauma and difficult conversations

  • Practitioner wellbeing, burnout prevention and self-care

  • Personal practice and ongoing professional development

  • Clinical reasoning for yoga therapy and holistic practitioners

  • Specific yogic texts and implementing philosophy

These sessions are not about being judged or assessed. They are an opportunity to pause, reflect, deepen understanding and develop greater confidence in your work.

Whether you are newly qualified, experienced, or somewhere in between, supervision and mentoring can help you navigate the complexities of teaching and therapeutic work with greater clarity, resilience and authenticity.

Because those who hold space for others deserve support too.

The price of these sessions is my regular rate of £45 per hour

Yoga therapy and Ayurveda support the body’s natural capacity for balance and resilience. They are complementary approaches and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or emergency care.
