Two days of interactive group study in foundation to Yoga Philosophy. Find out about the various paths of yoga, the source of yoga and how yoga scriptures relate during class and in our daily lives. Learn about the Five Bodies and how kundalini shakti is awakened to attain self realisation. Not just for teachers but for anyone who wishes to explore the roots of yoga.
