Rocket Yoga is the perfect sequence of postures, breath and tempo. Designed to make some of the more challenging yoga postures accessible to everyone. We get to try headstands, handstands and forearm balances. We use our bandhas and breath and utilise a faster pace. The series of arm balances and inversions make Rocket Yoga unique. We use the 5 Rocket sequences: modified light, Rocket 1, Rocket 2, Rocket 3 and counted primary series (the roots of rocket). Build confidence and strength. Learn to fly with the Rocket, it will get you there faster!
This weekly session aims to help participants manage long term medical conditions, particularly back pain, sciatica, shoulder pain, headache, arthritis, asthma, diabetes, low mood, IBS and stress. We use researched yoga techniques which you can learn easily. Many medical conditions can be managed. Any current conditions must be discussed first. You do not need a medical condition to attend, prevention may be beneficial to you. Please contact us or arrive 30 minutes before class time.

Yin yoga works on connective tissues and balances the body organs. It is the perfect companion or alternative to a gym workout.
Based on acupressure techniques we use the map of Chinese traditional medicine meridians to restore and activate various parts of the body. Where possible and appropriate we use wall and props (belt and brick/block) to go deep.

This is a weekly satsang. Satsang is a Sanskrit word that means "gathering together for the truth" or, more simply, "being with the truth." Truth is what is real, what exists. So all there is, is Truth.
Here we have a chance to enquire into various aspects of yoga philosophy as documented in some of the sacred texts. You are able to pose questions and create discussions on yogic lifestyle.
After the session we might leave feeling better equipped to incorporate or adopt various habits, behaviours or activities into our lives as a way of yogic living
