The time has come for skinnibuddha yoga to be able to offer yoga therapy specifically for COVID-19. This includes those in the various stages of COVID-19 and also those who have survived the virus but still have longer term issues related to the illness.
We have had specialist training with Paramamanand University, India and Union Yoga (partner of International Association of Yoga Therapists). The results of implementing these techniques have been very encouraging so far.
At present we are offering these therapy sessions in Plymouth on a one to one basis, however if demand exists we may offer small group yoga therapy COVID-19 classes.
