It has been amazing to use hold outdoor yoga classes in Plymouth this year. I originally started holding yoga classes at Devils Point 5 years ago. Now there is still an ethos of yoga outdoors where possible.

The Outdoor yoga classes at Hamoaze House are incredible. Has to be one of the best views in Plymouth. Yoga in Plymouth has to be experienced here. There is even a yurt for meditation.
When the weather is right we love to take the Yoga Therapy class at Union Corner to one of Plymouth’s forgotten zones.
