I find it incredibly important to continually update my knowledge and skills. This means I can give the best yoga therapy and Ayurveda treatments possible. In depth study of the body also informs how I interact in all my yoga classes. Nothing beats hands on experience. I have recently had the chance to work alongside and receive my own treatments from an exceptional Ayurvedic professional, Dr Sunil. Dr Sunil comes from a long line of Ayurvedic Doctors in Kerala. In fact Dr Sunil’s lineage dates back to when his family were doctors for the King of Kerala, India. It is an honour to be able to work in his clinic, but receiving treatments means I get to experience first hand how certain herbs, oils and detoxes effect the body.
